The simple bunny pattern could be cut from patterned fabric and line them up in a row around the hem of a little girl’s dress in in a quilt, of course. The butterfly could be embroidered as is or cut out the main body and the wing pieces, layer them up and voila!
This duck and chick set of patterns are roughly six inches so they are suitable for applique and baby quilt blocks. For applique work you could leave the edges raw, glue the pieces down to the base fabric and then couch over a few strands of embroidery thread or perle cotton or even crochet cotton.
