These floral embroidery patterns also include the name of the flower which is handy because sometimes it’s hard to tell them apart from the artist’s rendering. I’m not sure what “Spring Beauty” is. Kinda generic, no?

These came from a sheet with Pennsylvania Dutch motifs so our farmer here is probably Amish, hence the beard.

These wide edgings were designed originally for those sweeping skirts of the mid 1800s but today they would work on just about any modern full skirt. Of course, they would look lovely gracing the hem on fine linens…..pillowcases and sheets.
