Not pushing up daisies embroidery patterns. This group mostly utilizes the lazy daisy stitch (very easy) and the center circle can be worked with a few satin stitches across it or my all time favorite…..the french knot. More daisies can be found spilling out of flower basket category.
Remember when little girls would pull petals from flowers to determine if he loved her or not? This is one of those kinda daisies. Or if singles aren’t your thing then try some of the borders and edgings for pillowcases or whatever!
Here’s a collection of embroidery patterns of daisies from The Workbasket and parts unknown. Use them as edgings, borders just about anywhere. Pretty but not what I would call edgy.
Embroidery patterns of assorted flowers that are sprigs. Men generally wear them on lapels for formal occasions so if you embroider a sprig on your jacket lapel or blouse collar then you’ll have a permanent flower!
Wheat embroidery patterns from the days when wheat was the staff of life. If you are looking for a corner design for linens or hankies, they can be found here.
Not just wreaths with flowers but wreaths with leaves too. Some of these embroidery patterns are really old as I adapted them to easily traceable lines from the original numotypes. If you are looking for wreaths in the shape if hearts you’ll find them here.
