Big Nosed Duck Softie Toy Pattern

nosey duck soft toy sewing patternThis guy sure is cute but that big nose looks more like a carrot! Ok, he is named “Nosey” so it’s intentional. The directions don’t state the finished size so you’ll just have to make it up to find out! The pattern scale is 1″ per square.

You can get the free pattern and instructions as a pdf file.

  1. I couldn’t knit or crochet if my life depended on it. But I love to make stuffed toys. Mine are sewn. Most of my patterns are vintage because not that many are being made. You CAN enlarge a grid pattern on a computer. And my favorite stuffing tool is a chopstick though the erasor end of pencil is OK too.

  2. i know that amigurumis are hugley popular now, and alot of knitters are jumping on the crochet bandwagon. BUT there is a growing number of sewers out there (thanks to amy butler and lotta jansdotter). with embroidery, i still feel like i’m the only one, but i hope that gains some steam too. you will totally grow your audience if you broaden your mediums! go for it! (that’s my 2 cents worth)
